It's incredibly easy to begin to doubt yourself when you spend all day on a computer developing, trawling through information online, and without somebody to chat with and exchange perspectives on what you're dealing with and trying to create.

The best way to get through challenges is to talk them out with somebody you trust: Whether you're looking for specific Unreal Engine help, or just somebody to connect with and hear you out with what you're facing right now in your journey.
